GFI HVAC PU Foam Insulation Board is made from high-performance polyurethane (PU) foam, laminated on both sides with either 0.6mm fiberglass tissue or 0.08mm aluminum foil. Standard widths are 1200mm or 600mm, with customizable lengths to meet specific project needs. Both the insulation thickness and facing materials can be tailored according to application requirements.

The length and packaging of GFI HVAC Pre-insulated Air Duct can be customized according to project requirements. Our standard packaging specifications are as follows:
40'HQ Container:
Panels in sizes 3950mm (L) x 1200mm (W) x 20mm (T), packed 10 sheets per carton.
A 40'HQ container can load approximately 660 sheets (3950mm length) or 880 sheets (2950mm length).
20'GP Container:
Panels in size 2900mm (L) x 1200mm (W) x 20mm (T), packed 10 sheets per carton.
A 20'GP container can load approximately 400 sheets.
