GFIHVAC's automatic duct board cutting machine is specially developed for processing pre-insulated foam duct panels, including PIR, PU, and phenolic boards. It offers high-speed, high-precision CNC cutting performance for modern HVAC duct fabrication needs.

The machine features dual 45° blade heads for one-pass V-groove cutting, a 3-axis motion system with brushless motors and linear guides, a welded steel gantry for durability, a dual-zone vacuum table with 40mm grid PVC surface, CAMDUCT® software for optimized nesting and cutting, a 19" user-friendly CNC interface, and a cooling-equipped electrical cabinet with premium components.

The length and packaging of GFI HVAC Pre-insulated Air Duct can be customized according to project requirements. Our standard packaging specifications are as follows:
40'HQ Container:
Panels in sizes 3950mm (L) x 1200mm (W) x 20mm (T), packed 10 sheets per carton.
A 40'HQ container can load approximately 660 sheets (3950mm length) or 880 sheets (2950mm length).
20'GP Container:
Panels in size 2900mm (L) x 1200mm (W) x 20mm (T), packed 10 sheets per carton.
A 20'GP container can load approximately 400 sheets.
