Aluminum Flexible Duct for HVAC Ventilation System
The aluminum flexible duct is constructed with one layer of aluminum foil and one layer of PET (thickness 0.025-0.027mm), reinforced with high-strength carbon steel wire. This flexible duct is lightweight, fire-resistant, moisture-proof, and non-toxic even when exposed to high temperatures. It is designed for ventilation and air distribution in HVAC systems and meets international fire safety standards including Class A2, European M0/M1, and UL listings.
Our aluminum flexible ducts are manufactured through a precise and standardized process to ensure consistent quality and performance. The production starts with careful material selection, followed by inner duct fabrication and outer sleeve fabrication. These components are then recombined through high-strength bonding techniques. Finally, the finished ducts are compressed and securely packed, making them easy to store and transport. This streamlined process guarantees durability, flexibility, and reliable performance in various HVAC and ventilation applications.Thanks to its high elasticity and compressibility (25:1 compression ratio), the duct is easy to transport and install. It can be bent in any direction and secured with just two clamps-no special tools are required. The duct supports standard temperature ranges from -30°C to +150°C, and high-pressure customization (up to 3000Pa) is also available upon request.
